These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("User") and FootballPX Ltd. ("FootballPX", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the FootballPX platform or services ("Platform" or "Services"), you agree to these Terms, including all policies referenced herein.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- These Terms of Service;
- Privacy Policy;
- Game Rules or any other related policies (together, the "Agreement").
Any conflicts between these Terms and other FootballPX policies will be resolved in favour of these Terms.
FootballPX may update the Terms, policies, Platform features, or functionality at any time. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., email or notification). Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
FootballPX may also, without prior notice, suspend, modify, or remove any part of the Platform.
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or older if required by local law);
- Reside in a jurisdiction where accessing FootballPX is legal;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your location.
Users are responsible for verifying that use of FootballPX complies with local laws.
To use most features, you must create an Account:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Verify identity via KYC/AML procedures;
- Keep login credentials and linked wallets secure.
FootballPX may suspend or terminate Accounts if information is inaccurate or suspicious activity is detected.
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud, collusion, or illegal activity;
- Exploit or manipulate the Platform or data sources;
- Use multiple Accounts to circumvent rules;
- Submit offensive, abusive, or unlawful content.
Consequences for Breach
Users found in breach may have their Accounts frozen, portfolios liquidated, and balances refunded less any profits above deposits. Withheld profits will be added to the Game Pot.
FootballPX may terminate or suspend Accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms;
- Suspicion of illegal activity, fraud, or collusion;
- Multiple Account misuse;
- Any other reasonable grounds.
Dormant Accounts (inactive for 12 months) may have portfolios liquidated, with balances forfeited.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on FootballPX remain the property of FootballPX. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access the Platform.
- Only one active Account per User is permitted;
- Wagers, trades, and rewards are subject to Platform discretion;
- You assume all risk associated with participation;
- All decisions, including game outcomes, rely on Opta / StatsPerform data, whose decisions are final.
- Funds may only originate from your own wallets or verified sources;
- FootballPX may withhold or reverse funds deposited in error or linked to illegal activity;
- Withdrawals may be subject to verification and limits;
- Bonus funds or promotional balances are subject to specific rules and wagering requirements.
FootballPX may correct errors or discrepancies in data, portfolios, or trades. Users accept that all disputes regarding match data or calculations rely on Opta / StatsPerform decisions.
FootballPX may provide pre-release or Beta Services. Beta Services are provided "as-is," may contain errors, and FootballPX disclaims all warranties. Feedback from Beta Services may be used for product development, and any intellectual property in feedback is owned by FootballPX.
FootballPX encourages responsible use. Users may set limits or self-exclude. Resources and support are available via our Platform or support channels.
Ireland
- FootballPX operates under a licensed gambling framework regulated by Revenue.
- While the platform is skill-based, Irish law requires a gambling licence for real-money participation in games linked to sporting events.
- All player performance activities, bonuses, and winnings comply with Irish gambling regulations.
Great Britain
- FootballPX is classified as a game of skill in the UK because success depends predominantly on knowledge, strategy, and decision-making, rather than chance.
- As a result, a UK gambling licence is not required.
- All features, bonuses, and gameplay remain fair, transparent, and consumer-protected.
Users Outside Ireland & the UK
- FootballPX follows the locally applicable interpretation of requirements relative to Game of Skill vs. Gambling.
- In countries where FootballPX is classified as a gambling product, the platform will not be available until the relevant licence is obtained.
- In countries where gambling or games of skill are not legally permitted, FootballPX cannot offer access to users.
Key Note
This distinction reflects the differences in regulatory frameworks. FootballPX operates legally and fairly in all jurisdictions where access is permitted.
- Irish users: governed by Irish law, regulated by Revenue under the current Irish gambling framework.
- UK users: governed by English law and recognised as a game of skill under UK regulations.
- Users outside Ireland & the UK: any disputes or claims will be governed by the local laws of the user's jurisdiction.
FootballPX and partners are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Incorrect data, errors, or delays;
- Unauthorised access or use of Accounts;
- Decisions by Opta / StatsPerform;
- User misconduct or external events.
Aggregate liability is limited to the greater of deposit value or €10,000.
Users indemnify FootballPX against claims arising from:
- Use of the Platform;
- Violation of Terms or law;
- Misuse of data or systems.
User submissions or feedback may be used by FootballPX. Confidential information should not be disclosed outside the Platform.
Users must comply with local laws. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is forbidden. Export of Platform services must comply with applicable laws.
- Each provision is independent and enforceable;
- English version controls;
- Notices sent to [email protected] or provided email addresses.
- One Account per User;
- Verification required;
- Users responsible for activity on their Accounts;
- Duplicate Accounts may be closed, with profits voided.
FootballPX may restrict access based on legal classification or risk. A dynamic list of prohibited jurisdictions is maintained on the Platform.
